Group Counseling

Sometimes, you need a village.

  • Be supported

When you are going through something complicated, being supported by others who are experiencing the same thing can be hugely beneficial. Hearing another’s perspective and offering yours in return is the heart of group therapy.

  • Offer support

Although group therapy is meant to help you, group therapy also presents the unique opportunity to help others experiencing similar things. Sometimes, offering support can help you feel like your struggle is at least somewhat meaningful.

  • Heal and grow

Group therapy is unique in its ability to surround you with stories like yours, to help you grow a sense of community that is also confidential, curated, guided by a professional, and safe. Contact us to see if group counseling is the right fit for your needs.
