Insurance
We do not work with insurance companies, so we are out-of-network providers; however, you may still be eligible to use your out-of-network benefits. We will provide you all of the information you need, up front, to help you determine your coverage.
Let us know if you want to use your out-of-network benefits, and we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of costs. You can use this estimate when talking with your insurance company.
How does out-of-network coverage work?
You pay us our full fee and then file for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Option 1 -
Call your insurance company to verify your benefits. Most plans have some form of out-of-network coverage. We can provide you information up front to assist you with this process. Call us, and we will provide you a Good Faith Estimate of costs.
Option 2 -
You don’t have to verify your benefits before getting started. We will provide you with a superbill that has all of the information you need to file claims with your insurance even if you haven’t verified coverage first.
Option 3 -
You don’t have to use your insurance. If you don’t want to use insurance or don’t have coverage, you are still be able to use a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account to pay.
Rates
15-Minute Phone Consult – Free
The phone consult is how we determine if we're a good fit. We will discuss your needs generally and discuss how our services might benefit. If we determine that we are not a good fit for you, we will offer you referral information to other providers.
Initial/Planning Session (60 min)
This initial session gives us an opportunity to dive into your story in more detail. We will begin trying to make sense of what's happening and constructing a plan to help.

Subsequent Sessions (50 min)
Generally, we meet with individuals and couples once a week for 50 minutes. However, we may plan to see each other more frequently or for a longer duration.

Policies
Cancelation
There's only so much space for clients, and clients are often waiting to get in. To ensure that we can see everyone and to respect everyone's time, we have a 24-hour notice cancelation policy. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the entire cost of the session.
Payment
We accept payment via cards, checks, and cash. You may pay online via the online portal or setup automatic payments. Even if you are paying with cash or check, we still require a credit card on file.
We accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.
